I've tried multiple times, and all failed - and I was on hold for minutes when calling *611 - can you please help me about the cacellation? thanks, 

Thanks for the quick response - but when I go to tweeter, and tried to send message to @fidomobile, I got error message as "Your message could not be sent." - did I miss anything? thanks
