How long does it take to ship Galaxy S10?

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 on Dec 10, 2019 and got an email on Dec 17, 2019 saying that my order is still being processed. It's been almost 10 days and i haven't received an email yet. How long does it take to process and ship? I live in Montreal if that matters.
