What does it mean when I call and operater say home network is not allowing them to make call????

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question. Do you hear this on your cell phone when trying to place a call? Is it only to one specific number or any number you try?

Are you connected to our network (4G/LTE/5G) or are you using Wi-Fi Calling or a 3rd party app such as WhatsApp?
