I got some confirmation emails of changing my account. I did check my spam, but there is nothing there. I am wondering how many business days should I wait for my upgraded phone.

You will only get the shipping confirmation once the device has been processed and shipped, if the device is back-ordered Fido usually aims for 7 days but the delay can vary depending on how long it takes the supplier to provide stock.

Thanks for replying, I ordered Huawei P30 pro which is on clearance. Does it really affect the shipping delay?

Typical delay is 3 to 5 business days for any phone we have in stock, although it can be a bit longer if ordered during the holiday period. If you've already exceeded that, you can contact us here to check that out or you can request a PM from the community for assistance.
