Hacker was able to gain access to my account and changed my contact preference. He ordered an iPhone by upgrading it. I did not realize until I recevied a huge bill from Fido with early upgrade fee charge. I contacted a customer service and after telling my situation to customer service support guy vanished. He did not reply. His name is Deepak from PEI.
When I did google search I realized I am not the only who faced this situation. Fido must know who ordered phone and catch the guy.
