I am using fido from 4 years. This is my last month. Disappointed. Donot ever click on offer to get free bonus data on perks section. This is my advice. They first give u loyalty credits and this way they again will give data and remove credits donot fall for traps. They donot care about customer leaving fido also. And no good plans for existing customers. Bad customer service lately. They are like we donot care you opted on what basis u asking credit and all lol. I felt bad so. I donot know. Service is good but they donot care about customers anymore.
