Hi,
I have been a customer of Fido for 6 years.
In that time I have not ordered any phones via a customer service representative. Fees for this have on from $35 to now $70. No problem, I do the work going through the options. Now there is a $25 fee for standard delivery, no option to switch to store pickup. I am a rural customer 45 minutes from a major city centre where Fido has a store.
Fido you will not get my next phone upgrade and I might go to the competition (haha we are in Canada- no competition) to buy my next phone.
