Fido phone bill error

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if this has ever happened to anyone or if this is even possible.  Outgoing phone calls to a number (over span of 2 years) that the Fido customer says they never called.

The phone calls are shown on the Fido bill.

Welcome to the community!

I've never experienced that but then again I do not check every number dialed on my invoice unless there is a charge that should not be there.

Is the number the same and is it a local number? Is it possible it is the voicemail number?
