Hello John123123,
Welcome to the community!
Firstly, you should note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customer accounts. Unfortunately, we would not know to which promotion you refer. Are you sure the offer is for $0 monthly? I'm not aware of any current offer with no monthly financing fee for that particular device. Is it possible the promotion was for $0 down? The details in the image you provided would be for fully financing the device ($0 down). All of the promotions I have come across for that device (even through different providers) entail some sort of monthly financing fee. The current offer on the website is $10 per month (after bill credit).
The Galaxy S23 is still a relatively new device. Personally, I find it rather unlikely it is a $0 monthly Payment Program offer. With no money down and no monthly fee, that would mean they are essentially giving the phone away. I could be wrong, but I think that's a little too good to be true for even their most loyal of customers.
That said, if you wish to verify the details of that promotion, you would need to contact customer service. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
Hope this help 😀
Cheers

Actually even when I choose the 10$ offer it says a monthly installment that's way above 10$, in 50-60 dollar range.

Plus it says 0.00$/mo. So I'm assuming mo stands more monthly?

And it says 56/mo credit under the offer which I didn't understand completely.

Hello again,
Thank you for the additional information. Fair enough. As mentioned, I do not have access to the details of that particular promotion.
With many of the device offers, Fido does not actually discount the cost of the device. Rather, they provide a monthly credit to off-set the device cost. That monthly credit is applied to the bill and not device financing cost. The device cost shown in promotions and on the website are usually calcuated after bill credit.
In this scenario, the original monthly financing fee of $56.59 (total cost of $1358 ÷ 24 months) and bill credit of $56.59 (assumed the credit you noted was rounded down) calculates to $0 per month (with no downpayment). However, the monthly financing fee does not actually change.
Similarly, with the current offer on the website, there is the bill credit of $46.59 which calculates to $10 per month (same original monthly financing fee with no downpayment). You can view here for a similar after bill credit calculation.
It would be important to note that the monthy financing fee does not actually change, though. If you choose to end the contract early, you would still be required to pay the total remaining balance of the device. That is, the remaining balance would be $56.59 x remaining number of months, not $0 x remaing months as the remaining monthly credits would no longer apply.
It should also be noted that any financing option would depend on one's credit determination. The $0 per month option would likely require a better credit evaluation than the $10 per month option.
As mentioned, if promotion you see is not being applied, you would need to contact customer service to verify you are eligible for that particular promotion.
Hope this helps 😀
