Fido is really bad and never recommend this to any one

I recently switched from Koodo to Fido, and my first impression is far from positive. It took me 2.5 hours to connect with customer care. The store made a fake promise about providing a SIM card, and upon visiting, they denied it. The process of getting the SIM card was lengthy. Despite Fido offering a 50GB plan for $34 to others, they refused to provide me with the same plan. A customer care executive named Sachin even suggested that I could switch to another service provider. Now, I regret the move and believe Koodo is 100% better than Fido. I don't recommend this network. I received my SIM card just 4 hours ago, and I'm already considering inquiring about their return policy with customer care.
