Not receiving all my texts

Been using bell for almost 10 years. No issues withissing texts. I've been with fido for a month now and have missed 7 important messages. I work with the military and it's essential that I receive communications from them. 7 times in a month I've not recieved the message. If I continue to show that I'm unreliable in being reached, I'll lose my contract. Same phone. The only difference isy provider. Currently fido. What am I supposed to do?

We could give you a laundry list of things to try, but tech support should be able to help you quickly. Here are other ways to get support. Let us know if you were able to resolve the issue.
