I recently got my phone and I have a credit limit of $600... the problem is that Fido keeps texting me that i reached or exceeded my credit limit which my balance was $0 never paid anything yet. They suspended my account and I ended up paying.. I paid $250 and I thought it was the end but I called *732 and they said that I still need to pay $61.96 and that my available credit is $38.04. I don't want to go over that.

It's possible that there are pending (unbilled) charges that caused you to reach your credit limit. You can find more details here.
