Hi,

While I was checking y bills (I have 3 lines in one account) I saw "Just for you" boxes and was curious to see what kind of offers are there.

However, when I clicked on the "Check it Out" (I think this is the button) I had a pop up box saying offer has been applied? or something like that as if I have agreed on this offer... I am not even sure what kind of offer I have signed up for... it went off too quickly...

Then I checked my other lines' "Just for you" box and it looks like the offer was $20 one time fee for Roaming in Mexcio/Caribbean/US for 30 days which I have no use at all...

Could some please help withdraw or cancel this offer?  Based on the descripion it says "offer applies to this line and gets activated instanly..."..

Pls help...

Thanks,

Harry

Hello Hhcl77,

Sorry to hear of your situation. However, you should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your issue.

If you would to query whether it's possible to withdraw or cancel the offer, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

Hope this helps 😀

Cheers
