Faulty device - protrusion of back cover for Moto RAZR HD LTE

Got a Moto RAZR HD LTE, but found that the back cover of the phone protrudes out of side surfaces irregullarly. For example, if put the phone flat on a desk, the left and bottom surfaces are fine, but the upper and right side surfaces have protrusion of back cover irregularly. You can see the protrusions easily. I went to Fido retail and they show me another RAZR HD LTE with the same issue. I contacted Motorola Canada, but they told me to call them.

The phone design is good, and I really like the features, but the protrusion issue is really annoying.

Hi Robert_Cui,

I'm sorry to hear about this. I'd suggest bringing it back to the Fido store to have them diagnose it. If it is defective, you should be able to have it either repaired or exchanged as you have a 1 year warranty.
