Extreme Text messaging always saying "currentley not availible"

I'm trying to block a couple of numbers that I don't want to receive txt messages from and whenever I go to the link under "my services" it says that its currentley unavailible. Is anyone else having this problem. Its soooooo frusterating!!

Hello mattypuck,

Is the situation still ongoing? Have you already tried a battery pull (take the battery off and put it back on)?

There have been no general issues with Extreme Text Messaging lately.

Have you contacted customer service about this already? What did they tell you?
