Hi, i just got a email about samsung tablet delivery but they estimate total bill for second line is 15$ I ordered pre owned tablet which give me 5$ credit on 10$ plan as per support person promised his name was Naznin who chat with me on11/01/2020 07:27:07 PMi have full chat transcript .. i asked  twice to her  if its 5$ Plan after pre owned discount then i will proceed and she said it should be between 5to 10$ after tax and 45$ activation fee will refunded but today i check the mail which i got from fido about order it shows new tablet with 10$ plan after tax its 15$ . I don't want to pay this amount i want pre owned tablet with 5$discount for 24 months as promised or want to cancel the order also I don't want to keep my cellular service with fido if they scammed me like that .. totally frustrated from service
