Sorry to hear you're not happy with the device you purchased. Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether it would be possible to exchange the device for a different one at this time. While Fido does have their Satisfaction Guarantee on device purchases, the eligibility for that guarantee was 15 days from puchase date (in-store purchases) or 30 days from date order was shipped (online or call centre purchase). If you purchased the device on September 3ʳᵈ, it's likely both of those deadlines have already passed.
That said, you might be able to Trade-in your device for the purchase of the other device. However, you may not receive the full Galaxy S24 Ultra device cost as trade-in.
