Error caused by renaming Portable Wi-Fi hotspot on android liquid e [with symbols]

I can't enable the Portable wi-fi setting thru settings after I tried to rename it with symbols which I thought would make it look cooler.  Now I can't enable or rename it; says error.  LOL I just had to try it, so yeah what could I do about this? lol my bad..

Hello TheBear,

I would suggest that you proceed with a Factory data reset under Settings and Privacy.

If the issue persists afterwards, you would have to contact Acer directly for further support. They may be reached at 1-877-455-1105.

Please note that a Factory reset erases all data and that therefore, a backup is recommended.
