Done with fido

After years being with Fido, I think I have reached my limit with them...

Been living in the same house, driving the same route with the same phone for years and never had a problem.

Over the last week or so, my phone looses fido connection on the same route driving into work, I even loose it at home now. It comes in and out.

Tried using Jack , which is useless. Tried calling fido and no answer, just rings and rings. Tried emailing and nothing.

I even put my Sim card into another phone that has never had a problem and the problem follows fido.

I am now hot-spotting from my work phone, which is on telus that has connection in the same places, on the same routes.

Because I am not receiving any assistance or responses, I have decided to leave Fido and they only have themselves to blame. They had more than enough opportunities.

Hey @Cdn_Rogue

That sounds odd. I suggest purchasing a new sim and see if it makes a difference.

Keep us posted of the outcome.
