Does a new sim card come with a phone ordered online?

I recently dropped my phone in the lake while ice fishing and was unable to retrieve it. I want to order a new phone online (the same one I had before) but of course need a new sim card. Do the phones come with one or do I need to add one to the cart at checkout?
