We're glad to have you with us, although I'm sad to read your experience was not great with the Samsung A5. What happened specifically to your phone?
Did you consider taking our Device Protection plan? You get the first broken screen repaired free of charge. That could be a good option to consider in the future since the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover physical damage.
