Do I need to contact Fido so as to enable Wi-Fi calling on my account?

When I was trying to enable Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 12 Pro, the following message pops up:

"To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Fido."

Do I need to contact Fido to enable Wi-Fi calling?
