Dissapointed with the Brightstar Premium Device Protection

am really disappointed with the service from you guys.
First of all, the replacement device i got was not properly tested and i got a bad replacement phone not once, but four times within a single month. 
Secondly, now when you sent me another replacement device, it did not reach me, even after 5 working business days. 
I am constantly calling you guys with regards to the problems i am facing and it seems like you guys are not even bothered at all. 
Its like, I am being forced to buy a new device by myself rather than you guys properly fulfilling the promise you made when i bought the premium protection. 
I am waiting for the replacement device for now.
