My non-fido phone, ordered online, has a tendency to show the message "no network coverage" or "no network access" while it has perfect network reception at other times. Why does this happen and how do i fix it?

Hello ozone96,

What handset model do you have?

Have you tried to reset the phone to its factory settings?

Yes, I have resetted the phone. The phone is a Sony Ericsson W995.

Hello again,

Do you have access to another SIM card and another phone (unlocked or Fido phone)?

If you do, I would suggest trying the other SIM into your phone as well as trying your own SIM into another handset.

This way, we could verify where the issue is coming from and see what can be done to fix it.

I believe that the issue would either be from your SIM card or your handset itself.

My problem is fixed, thanks. It was a problem with the handset and I took it to a repair shop.
