Planned shared with me during customer care support was 55 dollar and 17 gb data per month plus 10 dollar discount for 15 days.
But when i saw email plan given to me is different i have a chat transcript as a proof where should i complaint.
Fido kindly check at ur end and clear this issue. Customer care representative was mr gourav.

What was the plan stated in the email? If the price after the credits that did not show it usually does not reflect on the e-mail confirmation but it will reflect on the invoice.
If the plan is totally different then you will need to contact customer service directly and they can look into it and better assist you.
