Can I still use my old phone if I have a new one?

If I got a new phone with Fido, can I still use my old Fido phone as well, by switching out the SIM card?  Because sometimes I want to go hiking and play sports and I don't want to carry my brand new expensive phone, I'd rather use my old one instead.  Is this possible?  

My current phone is a samsung S10 with the smallest sim card, and I want to get an iphone mini 13.

Yes, you can use the S10 whenever you want by switching the SIM card, both devices use the same type of SIM so you will not have any issues.
