Deceptive business practices

When did Fido start using deceptive business practises? Advertising a phone to my line at a certain price but switch the price higher in the checkout. Your online agents are practically useless as they obviously aren't trained properly and they can't help with phone orders anyways. The agent when I called in also sees the cheaper price and it changing to a more expensive price. All he could say is the promo is not available anymore even though it shows it is and still is 3 days later.

Fido deserves a CRTC complaint and a Competition Bureau complaint.

Fido used to be great and but has gone downhill. I wondered if they're trying to just get rid of their cosutmers for good and close Fido because on top of bad customer service, I keep seeing advertising to switch to Rogers.
