Data plan not active

Hi,

I've added the $10/month data plan on my Xperia neov cell from the web but it's not working. What can I do to activate it?

Hey MWassef!

Are you a prepaid or monthly customer? If you are prepaid, you would have to ensure that the option has been paid for using your balance.

Also, have you set up the APN settings within your device? If not, I would suggest that you do as this may be the reason the service is currently not functional. the settings may be found here:
