When I click on show data usage on the main page of the website it tells me that I have not used any data, minutes or text messaging since the beginning of my cycle.
I know that this is clearly not true because I have been using the internet on my phone all day and text messaging/calling people since the 23rd of last month, which is the beginning of my cycle.
I need this fixed because this is the only way that I can keep track of my data usage.

I am sorry to hear that your view usage doesn't appear to have been updated. It can take up to 5 business days following your cycle start date to update.
If you are still experiencing problems, I would suggest contacting customer service to have this looked into.
