Confirmation mail

Hi.
I upgraded to iphone13 last Sunday. But I still have not recieved any confirmation email. I only received the email about changing data plan. I already checked junk folder,but there is nothing.
Could you check this problem for me?

You will receive the e-mail once the order has been processed and shipped with the current promotions and the holiday season it could be delayed or it is possible it has been back-ordered. 

 

To find out the actual status of the order you will need to contact customer service directly and they can look into your account and better advise you.
