I baught a s10 a month ago from fido and also a sim card and now i am not happy with that phone can i change that phone with another one from fido store ?

Fido offers a 15 days satisfaction guarantee where you can exchange the device if you are not happy with it, see here for more info.

Unfortunately, since you had the phone for a month now you will not qualify to exchange the device.
