Recently I purchased "like-new" iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB online, the battery life is only 82% and the battery charging time is over 750. This is a heavily used phone. After call Fido customer service and exchanged another "Like-New" iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB, but there is no difference between them. The battery life still close to 80%, and the charging time at 720. It's hard to believe this is a "Like-New" device.
