Cannot receive verification code from Coinamatic app

Hello! 

I bought the Fido phone plan yesterday (Data, text, message). I recently registered with Coinamatic for washing and drying clothes at my school. I donnot know why i cannot receive verification code from that app? 

Please help

Do you know if anyone else is having a similar problem?

One reason you may be unable to receive text messages from a short code, it may not be available in Canada as short codes need to be applied for and approved by the CWTA. The CWTA maintains the list of approved and active codes. The list is found here. You cannot ask for codes to be added to the list, rather businesses and organizations can contact the CWTA and learn how to apply for a Canadian short code.
