Can't register for online billing

I can't seem to register for online billing on my account, when I go to my billing settings and click on "Switch to online billing" the option to confirm the switch after updating my email is greyed out.

Good morning @kristyyscheung , sorry to hear that you are having difficulty registering for online billing. Are you the main account holder or is someone else the primary account holder? That's important because only the account holder can register. If that doesn't apply,  then HERE  is a step by step instructions for registering. If that doesn't work, then you will have to contact Fido support through one of the contact methods listed here
