Can’t activate voice message

My phone is family group.

when I want to get voice messages, 

it always ask me to type my phone number.

But it always respond my phone number is not right.

I try to type my wife(main family group member) phone number, it work.

 

So,that is only main family group can have voice message ,or  have another issue.

Every line has its own voicemail, what is the make and model of the phone you are using and did you get it from Fido?

See here for help to setup voicemail if you still can not access it you might need to call customer service and they can check your account.
