Can't activate my sim card

Hey! I just recently got my new s6 in the mail and got a new nano sim card. I am trying to follow the steps to change my sim card but once I get to "My account" I can't find where it says " My fido services"? does anyone know how I can change my SIM card

Hey am863 and welcome to the Community Smiley

 

When you're in MY ACCOUNT, you should be able to go on *SERVICES*

 

From there, there's a drop down that will show up saying *MOBILE* and you can click on that.

 

After that, you should see 3 different sections: Change My Number / Update Sim Card / Refer a Friend.

 

Go on *UPDATE SIM CARD* and you're good to go.
