Can android phones without data plans access data day pass add-on?

Hey love_my_rescue!

Any phone without a data option may get a data pass.

You can find information on how to buy such a pass here:

From that link, scroll down and click on "Here's how" which is highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the page.
