Broken phone - Repair question

Hi my phone is broken . i wanna fix ! I have insurance from fido . my phone is not broken outside . i can open my phone but phone is turn on and off .i can't use . i can't call i can't do long in too

I just called Bright Start and was told I have to pay a processing fee of $200 to fix my phone.  This is a rip off!!!

My contract is expiring next month so guess what...see ya Fido!

If you have our Premium Device Protection on your account, you just need to contact Brightstar to submit a repair/exchange request. You can do this online here or you can contact them via 1-866-327-3399 from 8 AM to 10:30 PM Eastern time.
