Hi,

 

I signed up for two phones for two-year terms. One of the phones won't turn on. I don't have any protection plan.

What should I do?

  • Can you confirm if the phone has ever turned on since you first got it? 
  • Did you charge it for a couple hours? 
  • If it's been less than 15 days since your purchase, you can either exchange or return the phone. You can check out more information about this right from here

I went to the phone booth I bought my phone from and they were able to help me out free of charge.
