Blackberry contact deletion

I was going through my phone deleting old texts and other messages, then went into my address book and noticed that all of my contacts had been deleted. is there a way to retrieve recent messages or numbers that I've just contacted?

I am sorry that all your contacts were lost.

Please note that if you did not do a backup, the only way to retrieve some phone numbers is to take a look at your detailed billing on your past or next invoice. Phone numbers for incoming calls and text message will not be displayed.
