My unlocked Blackberry does not receive calls - it forwards all calls to my voice mail - help

I am sorry if no one answered your post until now.

Here is some troubleshooting I can suggest:

- Dial ##21# which would deactivate any accidental unconditional call forwarding.

- Remove your battery and SIM card completely for 5 minutes and then put them back in.

- Try to call your cell phone from another line.
