Hi,
I'm a current customer with FIDO and I just unlocked the Blackberry Bold 9900 so that I can use it with FIDO itself. The unlocking was a success but I've encountered a problem.
When I go to the "text messages" icon- a message that comes out says "text messages have been blocked". Is there a way to unblock this?
Please let me know- I've been trying to call FIDO since 9 am this morning (when they supposedly open their customer lines)- but they seem to be closed.
