I just bought an unlocked blackberry bold 9700 where I am working off of wifi. I do NOT have data and realized you cannot use BBM or emails without a data plan.
I just purchased one of those $15 monthly packages for unlimited e-mails and instant message from Fido.
However, when i go to the setup wizard into the email settings it says my device had a problem connecting to the server. Am I supposed to take out my battery and wait some time before I try to access it?
