Been with fido about 8 years, at end of Aug. changed to freedom, then got a phone call from fido to switch back. In the phone call, the win-back team gave a offer that with monthly payment on top of the plan, getting a new ip11 also will give me some credit. Agreed with the deal, but at mid of Sept, when I got the bill, fido charged the full amount of the new phone instead of monthly payment. Since then, I have been called fido for around 10 times, each time took me at least 40mins to explain the story, and been told to wait 48 hours that someone will call me back every time. Then NONE CALL BACK AT ALL for two months. Really tired of keep calling and follow up each time and even got yelled at in some of the call. so need someone to sovle this asap.
