Very bad service, I selected the branch closest to my house to pick up the equipment, the branch did not have the color I had chosen and they recommended that I go to another one in the other branch, they said it was necessary to cancel my order, they canceled it and I made it again and now the prices and requirements are different and the same branch is what I had before but they say that I have to pay a commission.

 

I don't know if it is a system error or simply a strategy to deceive people. They did the same with the protection insurance, I hired one and after I make the claim they tell me that I do not appear in the system but my deductions do appear... Super mega bad service from Fido and Roger.

I went to the link you sent me and they say that they are a sales representative and that I want to go to customer care. You already have my order that must be cancelled, you also have my email, you should give me a solution and not send me to places where there is no response.
