Backorder for Pixel 9 pro fold

I had to call in to get upgrade my phone because the website wasn't working, everything went through I ordered the pixel 9 pro fold. And in the Fido app it just says back ordered. I haven't been able to get I do from anyone. Is there any estimate on how long it will be on back order

I just got an email from fido today that my pixel 9 pro xl 512gb is no longer stocked in the warehouse and they CANCELLED my order. I already payed a deposit on it!? They also upgraded my phone plane on my current Samsung s22 that's now $40/month more and I don't even get the new phone!? It was a killer deal on the plan so it's literally screwed me over. Seriously fido??

Same here. Fido service is disgusted and no one in customer service actually seems to care about their users. Going to change my carrier to someone who actually cares about the promises they make and deals they offer.

I'm in the same boat as well. pixel 9 pro XL in back order. contact CS this morning and they said order received at our warehouse will receive email/SMS soon.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered on the 26th of October and now CS is saying it's going to be 4+ weeks to get my phone. Absolutely ridiculous

I received an emailed "update" this week, that strongly discouraged me from contacting customer service. It was quite emphatic in stating that the information in this "update" was the same information available to customer service, and that they would have no other information to give me. 

 

What was in this update you ask? Absolutely nothing. The entire update was just a statement of which phone I ordered, and on which date I placed the order. Absolutely nothing about expected delivery timelines.

My old Z-Fold 3's inner screen went a couple days ago, so I'd really like the replacement to arrive soon!

I'm also somewhat pissed that I had to move to the more expensive plan immediately, but I won't get the phone until who knows when...
