Just got a Curve 9360 and have a data plan. A few days ago I could use BBM fine just using data but now I get a notification in the top right corner telling me "Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and try again."
What's the fix for this?

Hi, BBM does not require wifi to work, however it does also work over wifi. You may just need to register your BB with the BB network ID again. It works over your data plan and when in wifi area, you can switch data off and use wifi and even use BBM with voice over wifi connection. Check to see if you have current software on your phone, also. If all else fails, call Fido and have them resend your service books. hope that helped
