Anyone else not getting fido free data

Been using fido for more than 1.5 years and i am not getting any of the free data add ons but my friends with the same plan are getting it

if u chat with fido.  I suggest use the Facebook wall of fido mobile and messaging them. it is faster and better the app or callin

There are several ways to reach customer service:

 - On the phone (by dialing 611 from your Fido device), you will have a call back option instead of waiting on the line.

- Via live chat on Fido.ca.

- By writing us a private message on our social networks (Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram).
