All incoming calls showing as Anonymous

I have a Huawei P30 and recently all incoming calls show as Anonymous (even contacts), and saved ringtones for contacts don't come through.

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

First thing I did. I tried all the suggestions I found online. Ended up being the SIM card. Once I replaced that, it worked.
