Hi I have an internet accoutn with Fido, I would like to add a phone plan and have a Sim card sent to me, everytime i click Add a line it says "sorry currently unavailable please try again later" If I go through the main shop phone plans and try to shop for a plan once i put my email in it says "You already have an account please log in" I log in and the option to continue the process of adding a plan is gone I am redicrected to my account page where I only have the option "add new line" that never works.
I used to have Fido phone but got rid of it due to having a work phone, now need a personal phone asap and can not seem to get a hold of online support (2 hour wait to talk to an agent).
Anyone have any ideas?
